I’m excited to emcee and read my fiction at the celebration of the release of fellow Approaching Footsteps contributor Holly Lyn Walrath’s debut poetry chapbook, Glimmerglass Girl! This collection of speculative poetry addresses femininity, feminism, and the intersection of womanhood and nature. To celebrate Glimmerglass Girl and Houston’s women writers, a select group of women-identifying writers, including myself, will share our own work alongside Holly. I hope that you will join us for this celebration of women taking risks in their writing hosted by Writespace Houston and Spider Road Press!
